JF Healthy Homes does not perform remediation and does not pay or accept referral fees from contractors, remediation companies, or healthcare practitioners. Product recommendations are based on assessment findings, and practical no cost changes are always recommended first.

Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required to reserve an appointment. The remaining balance is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Additional testing, extended time, travel, lodging, return visits, shipping, rush processing, and laboratory fees may be billed separately.

Paid consultation fees with Jonathan Farrar are applied toward the final invoice if Client moves forward with an assessment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Deposits are nonrefundable. If Client cancels or reschedules, the deposit will be applied toward a rebooked appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to additional fees. For travel assessments, any travel, lodging, or material costs already incurred may be deducted from the deposit before it is applied to a rebooked appointment.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.

Cancellations or reschedules made at least 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will have the deposit applied toward a rebooked appointment. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the appointment forfeit the deposit.
