Verify the Work Before You Rebuild
After mold remediation, an independent evaluation shows whether the work met its goals before walls are closed up or the space is used again. Our PRV assessment gives you objective data and clear documentation, so you can move forward or address remaining issues while they're still easy to reach.

It's an independent inspection of remediated areas after cleaning and drying are complete, ideally before containment is removed and before reconstruction begins. Every PRV is performed by Jonathan Farrar, CRMI, Building Biologist, or a technician he has personally trained, and Jonathan reviews all findings.

Remediation Scope Review
We compare the completed work with the remediation protocol and, when available, your original assessment findings.Visual Inspection
We inspect remediated areas for remaining visible growth, debris, and dust, including cavities and framing that will soon be covered.Moisture Verification
We use moisture meters and thermal imaging to confirm materials are dry and that the original moisture source has been addressed.Targeted Sampling
When appropriate, we collect dust or surface samples for independent laboratory analysis and compare results with your pre remediation data when available. -
A written report documenting:
Inspection and moisture findings, with photos
Laboratory results and what they mean, if sampling was approved
Whether any additional cleaning, drying, or repair is recommended before rebuilding
Documentation you can keep for your records or share with your contractor
