It's a detailed, room by room evaluation of the electromagnetic environment in your home, performed with professional grade meters. Every assessment is performed by Jonathan Farrar, CRMI, Building Biologist, or a technician he has personally trained, and Jonathan reviews all findings.

We evaluate results against the Building Biology Evaluation Guidelines for Sleeping Areas (SBM-2024), a precautionary standard designed for the places you spend the most restorative time. Government exposure limits are set for different purposes and are much higher.

Electric Fields (AC)
Electric fields come from wiring, cords, and lamps, even when devices are off. We measure them in bedrooms and living spaces and identify the circuits responsible, so you know which changes will reduce exposure where you sleep.

Magnetic Fields (AC)
Magnetic fields pass through walls and floors and often come from wiring errors, electrical panels, service lines, and appliances. We map elevated areas and look for their source, including wiring issues an electrician can correct.

Radiofrequency (RF)
We measure wireless signals from routers, phones, smart devices, smart meters, and outside sources such as cell towers. You'll learn which sources matter most and how to reduce exposure without losing the connectivity you rely on.

Dirty Electricity
We measure high frequency electrical noise on your wiring, often generated by electronics, dimmers, and chargers, and help you identify likely sources and solutions.

Within 10 to 14 business days, you'll receive a written report with:

1. Measurements for each area evaluated, compared with SBM-2024 guidelines

2. Identified sources of elevated fields

3. Prioritized, practical recommendations, starting with no cost changes

4. Referrals for qualified EMF electricians or shielding when needed
